After using the Iles Formula Shampoo, apply the Iles Formula Conditioner. Apply conditioner to mid-lengths and ends and comb through hair for even distribution. By using the comb, the exact amount needed will reach the roots of the hair. Then rinse. Think of this conditioner as a nutrient for your hair.
