Note: Top Coat cannot be used as a base coat. It is formulated to adhere to nail polish, not your nail, so avoid using Top Coat as a base coat or clear coat.

HOW TO USE
Once your nail polish is dry, glide the top coat over each fingernail, coating the surface from base to tip. Be sure to "cap" the ends to prevent chipping.
